About Bravely Me

That deeply personal step cracked me open. What followed was an avalanche of change: divorce, co-parenting, new love, leaving church work, and rebuilding a life rooted in truth.

Bravely Me was born from that sacred unraveling — and the deep knowing that we all deserve to live honestly, love fully, and rise from the ashes of who we thought we had to be.

Before founding Bravely Me, I spent over 12 years as a pastor — offering weekly sermons, guiding people through grief and celebration, and walking alongside individuals in some of their most painful and transformative moments.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, am a certified TEFL instructor, and have trained in trauma-informed coaching and inclusive ceremony practice. More than any certificate, though, I bring lived experience — as someone who came out later in life, left spiritual leadership with integrity, and rebuilt a life of clarity and care across cultures.

I’ve officiated many weddings, funerals, and rites of passage for people from diverse backgrounds. I’ve sat with people in grief, guided them through major life decisions, and helped them name and honour who they are becoming.

I’ve lived the complexity of transitions — and I offer a space that holds both the practical and emotional weight of that work.
